Payment Policies
Open communication of fees and financial policy is essential in establishing and maintaining a professional relationship between owner and veterinarian. If a client has a question about their account, we ask that you bring it to our attention as soon as possible. We strive to be forthcoming and honest with our clients and welcome any inquiries that you may have.
Payment Policy Information
- Payment by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express is due at the time of veterinary services.
- Invoices emailed for review will be processed with the credit card on file on the next business day.
- Drug and Supplement orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. Drug and Supplement purchases that have been opened are not returnable for credit or replacement. Compounded drug or supplement purchases are not returnable for credit or replacement.
- Returned Checks: A Fee of $45.00 will be applied for any NSF checks.
- EquidDoc does not offer payment plans or direct financing.
